Descriptif

This course targets students interested in strategy consulting or in entrepreneurship. It is an introduction to analysis of markets and competition from a business point of view to build a sustainable and profitable strategy. We deal with major frameworks to analyze markets and competition as well as main concepts and options about price and product strategies, innovation strategy and UX, digital economic models and circularity of economic models. It aims to providing a global perspective on strategy and help decision maker to find best choices

Objectifs pédagogiques

It aims at providing economic and business concepts and tools to help engineers to understand the business environment of technological innovations while being able to ponder opportunities and threats in their economic and regulatory environments. This course would be of premium interest for students interested in strategy consultancy and entrepreneurship.
