Descriptif
The digitalization of the economy is associated with a growing importance of data collection, as well as with an increase of business models based on the commercialisation and on the analysis of data. As a consequence, the hability to conduct large scale empirical analysis has become a valuable skill, both in the industrial and in the academic spheres.
The first objective of this course is to provide the students with the statistical and econometric tools needed to conduct large scale analysis of data. This course also aims at providing the students with knowledge on how to rigorously carry an empirical scientific project.
