Information transmise par l’établissement : A full-time study load for one semester is 30 credits. To ensure a manageable workload, we suggest choosing an even spread of courses over the full semester. Master level students may select both bachelor and master level courses. Bachelor level students may only select courses in the Bachelor level.

All students must fulfill the pre-requisites for each chosen course. When signing the JU Course Confirmation the home university certifies that the student meets the requirements for each chosen course. Bachelor-level students: At least one year of completed university studies (60 credits) within the relevant field of education. Master-level students: Students are required to have the equivalency of a bachelor degree of at least three years (180 credits) witin the relevant field of education.

Information transmise par l’établissement:
Fluency in English equivalent to a TOEFL score of at least 575 with at least 4,5 in ”Written test (TWE)” (paper based), 213 with at least 4,0 in ”Essay Rating” (computer-based) or 90 with at least 20 in ”Written test (TWE) (internet based). IELTS: with an overall band score of 6.5 and no part under 5.5.
Although language test scores are not formally required, all students are expected to meet the university's minimum English requirements and students must receive a signature from a representative of their home university guaranteeing their fluency in English.
Students without the adequate level of English run the risk of failing the course.

En complément, si nomination par TP, il convient de préparer les documents suivants en amont de la candidature: Transcripts (bachelor and master level), Bachelor diplomas, CV, Motivation letters, Language certificates (could be from LC at TP)
Information transmise par l’établissement :
During the application, students will need to do the following:
- Upload passport copy and transcript of records from home university, digital copies are accepted. (The transcript of records is an official document issued by your home university, which includes courses and grades of previous and current higher education study).
- Choose the courses from the school that you have been nomination to, to study during your exchange semester.
- Send in a signed JU course confirmation, confirming your choice of courses by your home university.
- It is important to complete the application before the relevant deadline.
- Once you have sent in the application, it can take a few weeks to be processed and you will then be able to download a Letter of Acceptance.
