To develop skills to work in multicultural teams To define culture and its impact on behavior in international teams To better understand yourself and other members of your team To develop communication strategies to get the best out of your team To design a team project to enhance intercultural awareness. Pedagogical Approach: Through interactive classwork students will : Learn to create efficient work groups and identify team roles Determine a common language and common processes for giving feedback, for addressing conflict, for achieving objectives Participate in simulations and role plays Analyse and discuss video extracts and audio interviews of international managers. Pre-requisites: Level B2+ (advanced) in English Course participants from a variety of cultural backgrounds (we recommend a maximum of 6 French students) Students taking this course will not be accepted on \"Managing communication in an International context\".
