Fact and Information Sheets 2025-2026 exchange students receive an email with an
address to register to our online Web Self – Service Platform. They will also receive an address to select their courses according to their learning agreement.
Students will have to send for their registration the following documents by email:

Learning agreement (30 ECTS credits in total per
semester). The courses for the new
academic year are sent around the end of June.
Transcript of records (issued by the Student
Administration Office of the home institution, which
includes the student's academic performance until
the date of departure)
Proof of English language proficiency
Online application
A recent photograph (35*40mm in JPEG, JPG)
European Health Card
ID or passport
For students from non EU Universities:
Learning agreement (30 ECTS credits in total per
semester). You will receive the courses for the new
